HOW DO YOU HANDLE SUMMER SHIPPING?

Shipping chocolate in warm weather is no easy feat!  To preserve the integrity of our product, we will be unable to ship items in temperatures over 74 degrees. Our factory store in Troy, VA, however, is open for curbside pickup. Please call 434-589-2011 for more information.

WHAT IS THE SHIPPING RATE?

$1.00-$150 purchased: $10.00 shipping
$151-$200 purchased: $20.00 shipping
$201-$300 purchased: $30 shipping
$301-400 purchased: $40 shipping
$401-$500 purchased: $50 shipping
$501-$1000 purchased: $60 shipping

 WHICH CARRIER DO YOU USE?

In most situations we use the Postal Service Priority Mail to ship orders. Occasionally, depending on the delivery address, we ship via UPS. You will be notified through your email which carrier was used.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET THERE?

Factory processing usually takes 1-2 days. Once shipped, packages take 1-3 days to get to their destination, depending on the Postal Service Priority Mail service. Shipments originate from Troy, VA.

WHAT IF I HAVE MULTIPLE ORDERS?

If you would like to ship the same order to multiple addresses (for example identical gifts), please contact us and we will make the online process easier so you don't have to order online multiple times.
However, if you are sending different orders to multiple addresses, your best bet is to create an account and enter each order individually.
